Cancellation Policy

Payments and Access

-Online language learning sessions are available on a first come, first served basis.

-Payments must be received in full 7 days before the start of the course or session. Payments must include all charges and taxes.

-All payments must be made electronically. Cash is not accepted.

Refunds and Cancellations

24-hour cancellation policy on all sessions. In order to cancel and reschedule a session, you must email us, [email protected], 24 hours before your session begins.

-You may reschedule a session only once. Sessions not attended nor rescheduled are eligible for a refund. You must reschedule your session within one month of the original session time and date.

-Sessions disrupted by technological problems such as poor internet access, computer failure, or any other problems will not be refunded or rescheduled.

-Sessions disrupted due to time differences or time changes are not refundable.

-10 session package discounts are not refundable.

-Unused sessions purchased as part of a 10 session package are not refundable.
